- How do I register for the rewards program?
Registration is quick and easy. You can register online or ask an account representative on the phone!
- Do I have to register on-line?
We do not require you to have a mcmelectronics.com user account, but we strongly encourage you to register so you receve all the benefits and communications via email.
- Is the program limited to U.S. customers only?
The program is not limited to U.S. customers, but some of the monthly promotions are not available for our international customers. You are still eligible for the year end credit.
- Can more than 1 person from my company register for the rewards program?
Possibly. The sales are based on the MCM account number, so multiple people within the same company can sign-up for the rewards program if they are in different departments or have different accounts with MCM.
- Can I quit the rewards program? What happens with my year end credit?
You can quit anytime during the program, just contact the rewards team to cancel. Your credits towards the year end bonus are then forfeited. If you quit and restart the program, your sales start over at that time.
- Do all orders with MCM count towards my year end bonus?
Yes, any order with MCM will count towards your year end credit.
- Is there a minimum amount I have to spend to be eligible?
Yes, to start earning the 2% credit, $250 must be spent at MCM after you enroll in the program. You earn 2% credit towards all eligible sales after reaching the $250 minimum.
- How do I use the credit obtained at the end of the year?
At the end of the year, we will place a credit on your account. This credit must be used within 90 days.
- Is everybody eligible for this program?
No, certain individuals and accounts are not eligible to participate.

- When and where can I view the new monthly special?
You will receive an e-mail at the beginning of each month with the special. They are also displayed in the rewards area of our website.
- Is there a way to find out how much money I have spent year to date?
Yes, periodically it will be included in the monthly email or contact us via email or phone and we will query your account to view the year to date sales.
- When the year is over, how will I be informed what bonus credit I have earned?
In January, we will send an e-mail to you with a sales summary and credit earned.
- Can I save my credit and use it later in the year?
No, the bonus must be used within 90 days.
- Can the credit be used with other discounts or promotions?
Yes! That is your year end bonus credit and you can use it with any other promotions.
